The purpose of the International Sable Breeder Association's All American Program shall be
to recognize, select and honor the most outstanding Sables in each age category.
Awards given in each category will be The All American and the Reserve All American.
Age Groups
Ages groups for does are as follows:
1. Under One Year 2. One and Under Two Years, Not In Milk
3. One Year and Under Two, In Milk
4. Two Years and Under Three
5. Three Years and Under Five
6. Five years and over
Age groups for bucks are as follows: 1. Under One Year 2. One and Under Two Years
3. Two Years and Under Five
4. Five years and Over
Ages shall be calculated from January 1 to December 31.
Qualifications
To qualify for nomination, each animal must meet the following requirements:
1. Be a Purebred, American, or British Sable 2. At the time of nomination, animals must have a legible tattoo

Application Procedure
You must submit one complete application for each individual animal nominated.
You must include two (2) sets of three (3) photos:
1. Views of Side Profile, Rear View of Udder and legs, and rump towithers taken from above the rear quarters.
2. Photos should be 3 x 5, smaller or larger are accepted. However, 3 x 5 or larger will make the judging easier.
3. No ribbons, trophy's or complete persons must be shown in the photos.
4. Photos must be taken during the year that the age category that
animal is being entered into.
5. All photos of All American or Reserve All Americans winners, will
become the property of ISBA for use in news releases, web page, photos
galleries, and other areas where deemed appropriate to use.
6. All other photos of animals entered will become the property of ISBA
unless a self addressed stamped envelope is included with entry.
All forms, photos and papers shall be received by ISBA no later than January 15th of
each year.A $1.00 entry fee per application for ISBA members in good standing shall
be included with paperwork submitted for nomination. ( No outstanding dues )
Nonmembers $5.00 entry fee per application shall be included with paperwork
submitted for nomination.

Award Selection
A. Judging of nominees shall be performed by 3 ADGA or AGS Judges appointed
by the Chairperson of ISBA, Only 1 judge from a family can be considered.
B. The Selection judges shall have the authority to choose the All American Awards
through their placing of the entries. In the event of fraud or incompetence,
ISBA District Directors may make the selections by unanimous vote.
International Sable Breeders Association reserves the right to dismiss the judges panel
in part or whole and reestablish a new panel.
C. The Selection Judges, if finding no worthy animal for an age group, may elect that
no awards or only one award, All American or Reserve All American shall be made.

Selection Process
A. Decisions made by the Selection Judges will be final unless, as stated above, fraud or
incompetence becomes an issue.
B. Selection Judges will not be penalized for conflict of interest situations and shall participate in
all placing.
C. The Selection Judges shall make their placing based upon consideration of the relevant
material
D. The Selection Judges shall dispatch duplicate notification of their individual placing to the
ISBA All American Chairperson and the Chairperson of ISBA.
E. Selection Judges shall not use production records as a deciding factor, placing shall be based
on type only.
F. For each of the age groups, the Selection Judges may declare a tie for any award,
but are discouraged from doing so. If there is a tie for All American, there will be no Reserve All American in that age
group.
G. The Selection Judges shall make their selection no later than February 15th of each
year.
H. Commendations beyond routine publications shall be determined at the desecration
of the ISBA All American Committee.

All American Program Chairperson
A. The position of All American Chairperson shall be appointed by the ISBA Chairperson.
They must be a member in good standing of ISBA with dues current.
B. Duties of the All American Chairperson include:
1. Publish the application form and rules every year in the August newsletter.2. Receive and review all applications received for compliance of rules.
3. Prepare judging packets for the Selection Judges chosen for that year.
4. Tally all placing by the Selection Judges and communicate those placing to
the Chairperson of ISBA.
5. Keep a Historical record of the All American Program and publish the results
of the program.
C. The All American Chairperson shall replace all names of entries with a code number or
name on the Selection Judges Ballot. Photos shall be attached to heavy paper and
coded for judging by the Selection judges using the corresponding code or identification name.
D. The Chairperson shall allow for placing only to tenth (10th) place. Points awarded
shall be as follows:
1st place = 10 points 2nd place = 9 points
3rd place = 8 points
4th place = 7 points
5th place = 6 points
6th place = 5 points
7th place = 4 points
8th place = 3 points
9th place = 2 points
10th place = 1 point
Scores will be added up by the Selection Judges and the All American and Reserve All
American shall be decided based on those points awarded/
E. The members of the All American Program Committee, or the Chairperson of ISBA,
shall not enter any animals in the All American Program while serving in those positions.
F. Names of winners and the identification of the Selection Judges shall be revealed
upon completion of Selection and verification of the results.
