Registry Software Purchased
We are proud to announce that we have purchase Registry software to help in our compiling of all the Sable information that we have and the animals eligible for registry and their backgrounds.
This is an exciting move for us, as we will now be able to offer more services to our members and also register their animals with ISBA in readiness to process the information to ADGA when the time comes. So, please send copies of ADGA or AGS registration papers and any info on unregistered Sables that you have. We will do our best to track your backgrounds, if you do not have that information, but anything you send will help a great deal.

Need History Chair
Volunteer
Due to personal situations, our History Chair has chosen to step down from the History committee. Hence, we are looking for a focused individual with lots of energy to take over and set up a new History committee. This will include such details as creating the Sable History Scrapbook, and tracing Sable History in the US, including Show wins, etc., information on Sables that have done well at Nationals, etc.
If you are willing to commit yourself to this task, please email Anita Gilley at blkfoot@hcil.net as soon as possible.

From The Chair
I have been disturbed lately by the comments of a few members who state that they do not know why we are putting out all this effort, when ADGA will not recognize us anyway. I hate to say, but with an attitude like this, no one would ever accomplish anything. One main thing that is necessary in any effort is to keep a postive attitude. If ADGA had no interest in working with us, that would have been spellled out long ago, and we would not be here doing what we are doing to obtain recognition. If anyone thinks that it will be easy, that is not true either. We have a whole lot of work to do, and it is going to take each and every one of us to do it. Thankfully, this is not the PREVAILING attitude, but just one that I want to nip in the bud before it spreads. At anytime that you have any questions as to our progress, feel free to email your Directors and discuss it.
If you feel you would like to put forth your efforts in helping us advance even more quickly with the information we are complining, don't hestiate. We welcome you with open arms. Every committee can use some imaginative, talented help.
As it stands, we have done ABSOLUTELY GREAT since last fall. Things were pretty much at a stand still for a little while, but the ball is rolling and I want to thank all of those who have helped keep our efforts alive. I know Diane Gray has done a lot of work in contacting and talking to Directors, etc. and we certainly appreciate all her efforts! And we appreiate all the efforts of everyone. Keep us the good work! Nita
