Need Your Animal Information

Gwen needs your latest Sables born information, and so do I to add to the list that I am working on for the web page. Please send animal name, reg. number, if any, and pedigree, description of animal, date of birth to blkfoot@hcil.net. I would love to have as many sables as possible added to the web site prior to the convention!!! Thanks Nita

Klisse Foster Chair

As you are all aware, due to health reasons Anita Gilley stepped down as Chair, which automatically moved the 1st Co-Chair, Klisse Foster into that position and Donna Palmer, 2nd Co-Chair into the position of 1st Chair.

Fund Raising:

Auction

We have an auction going on Come To The Farm....please post whatever items you can to it. They do not have to be new, or even goat related! We need to raise as much money as possible between now and the convention this fall. If you have items, please go to http://www.cometothefarm.com/auction and post your items there under the ISBA AUCTION category. It should be stated in your item description or upon completion of auction that the highest bidder should send the money for the item to

ISBA

and shipping cost should be mailed to you, if any. If the bidder wants to send it all on one check, you will need to check with Gwen on how to handle that.

Stories

Remember our discussion concerning the experiences that you have had raising goats? We are looking for stories for the book that we discussed a couple of years ago. Want to put something together rather like Linda Fink has in her books, but instead , each chapter will be the humorous, and heart touching, experiences shared by the members and others who wish to contribute. The cost of printing , etc, shall be deducted and then all profits will go into the ISBA fund. You do not need to worry if you are not a talented writer, just send the story and we will ghost it for you. We would like to see this put together by August of this year, so it will make good gifts also! Please send to Anita Gilley, 111 Locust Street, RR1 Bx 211 G, Gladstone, Illinois 61437 or email to blkfoot @hcil.net. If you have any funny goat pictures, please scan them and send, or send to me, I will scan and send back. Thanks.
